Refund & Return Policy – Xyro Prints

At Xyro Prints, we are committed to delivering high-quality printing products to our customers.

1. No Refund on Customized Products

All customized or personalized products (such as photo frames, visiting cards, printed items with customer designs, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed and processed.

2. Return Policy (Only for Damaged Products)

We accept returns only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

3. Refund/Replacement Process

  • Once we verify the damage, we will either:
    • Provide a replacement, or
    • Issue a refund (in case replacement is not possible)

4. No Return/Refund in These Cases

  • Customer provides incorrect design, image, or text
  • Minor color variation (due to screen vs print difference)
  • Delay caused by courier services
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
