- Customers are responsible for providing correct designs, images, and text
- Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled
- We are not responsible for errors (spelling, design issues) provided by the customer

- All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice
- Payments must be made in full before order processing

5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time depends on location and courier services

- Customers must provide proof (unboxing video/photos) within 24–48 hours
